Landgasthaus Kurz in Todtnau

Very good regionally oriented Baden economy. The service is very friendly at reasonable prices. The lamb sausages are particularly recommended. Close to the hiking trails and the 7300 public transport bus Todtnau - Feldberg- Titisee

The new winter garden is very nice. Very pleasant and comfortable to sit on. The food was delicious and very imaginatively decorated. The meat is tender and the composition went very well. Everything very appealing. Only the dessert was disappointingly unimaginative. There is still room for improvement here.

Very friendly servics, unfortunately when changing from french fries to spaetzle was initially refused, the service is a head shorter! Small greeting from the kitchen was very nice. "BACK FOREST WEEKS". I ordered the nuts fried briefly. Was very nicely presented. Unfortunately, the sole of a shoe would be more enjoyable than my nuts. After a complaint, I was told that it would be normal for Nüssle. For my part I have to say that it is too expensive for me for 23.80 €! Or you have to say it is tough when ordering. Unfortunately for me it is disappointing! The dessert "Creme brülee in a glass - Thyme | Ornange" was very tasty, unfortunately I couldn't taste the thyme! ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!

Very comfortably furnished cafe, restaurant with reasonable prices. Room rental is also offered. Due to the location, many excursion destinations in the Black Forest are not far away.

I am in Breisgau once a month on business and have only stayed there since I've known the Landgasthaus Kurz. The family atmosphere, the location, the well-kept rooms and the great food convince me every time. After the new winter garden has been added to the dining room, it looks very elegant and invites you to linger.

Nice restaurant, nice service and SUPER kitchen. Slightly upscale, but absolutely justified prices. While driving past on the motorcycle tour we discovered the small fine restaurant. From the outside pretty, from the inside as well. It sits well on the terrace and the kitchen is on Dream, be sure to go!

I agree with the other reviews and give 5 🌟 for really good food. Just keep up the good work and improve your service then everything will be OK.

The dishes are neat, the ambience average. There are three stars for the set and the china. The landlady can be very unfriendly.

Very tasty and high quality food at a fair price. We both had the back steak with fries. The meat just right and the fries crispy. We recommend!

Here you enjoy twice. First with the eye, because it is well presented and then with the meal itself.

Just wow, great atmosphere and great food

A fantastic long weekend spent there by motorcycle. Outstanding food, a special service and the family atmosphere completely convinced us. We will definitely be back.

Today we had a wonderful, pleasant and extremely delicious lunch in the country inn Kurz. We were served in a friendly and attentive manner, and the food was not only very good in taste, but was also pleasing to the eye. Thank you very much for the pleasant atmosphere in your house .....

Restaurant with good and sometimes unusual hausmanns food. Take into account allergies and intolerances. The room looks like from the 70s.

Friendly and helpful hosts, good local food and spacious rooms. The ski lifts are a 5min drive away, there is also a bus stop 300m from the gasthaus. Only downside for me was that the pillows are a bit soft.

We spent five nights at the Landgasthaus Kurz in December 2012, between Christmas and New Year. The rooms are lovely, very clean and everyday when we came back from skiing we found small chocolates on the bed, what was a nice welcome. The food at the restaurant is very good, although they don't have so many options (what is actually sign of quality). Breakfasts were rich, we needed only small snacks for lunch. The personal is very kind, maybe a bit reserved and serious at the beginning, but more open after getting to know you better. A good surprise included in the room price was the Hochchwarzwald-Karte, which grants you free pass at the public transport and free ski pass (!!) in the whole region for guests who stay more than two nights.
